SPECIAL EVENTS POLICY

Atrium

The expansive, naturally lit Atrium spans the buildings two stories, providing a grand entrance to the Mulva Cultural Center.

Availability, Capacity, and Pricing

Room Fee: $3,000

Food and Beverage Minimum: $10,000

Note: There will be an additional entrance fee to access the current exhibit, if desired.
Availability: When not in use for the Center’s programs.
Capacity: Cocktail 400 / Seated 200 / Buffet 200
Event set‐up may reduce capacity.

Connect

This cutting-edge Boardroom gathering space, which accommodates over 20, provides a new venue for cultural engagement. CONNECT is suitable for Corporate related meetings.

Availability, Capacity, and Pricing

4 Hour Room Fee:
$750 with food and beverage purchase ($500 minimum). 
$1,250 without food and beverage purchase.
Each additional hour is $150.
Availability: When not in use for the Center’s programs.
Capacity: Up to 24
Included Audio Visual: Sound System; CD Playback and Connector for Phone and Tablet; TV.

DISCOVER AUDITORIUM

Boasts a 200-seat theater with a state of the art digital 17’ x 33’ screen.

Availability, Capacity, and Pricing

Room Fee: 4 Hour Minimum is $2,000. Each additional hour is $200.

Availability: When not in use for the Center’s programs.
Capacity: 200 Seats

Included Audio Visual: Podium / 17’ x 33’ Digital Screen / 2 Wireless Microphones.
No food or drink is allowed in Discover Auditorium.

EXPLORE AND EXAMINE

Clad in a curtain of transparent glass, these two multipurpose learning spaces can transition to accommodate a wide variety of events, including lectures, meetings, and social occasions.

Room Fee: 4 hour minimum

$1,000 each, with food and beverage purchase.
$2,000 each, without food and beverage purchase.
Availability: When not in use for the Center’s programs.

Capacity each room: Table seating 32 / Lecture 45 (chairs only.)
Capacity, using both rooms: Table seating 64 / Lecture 90 (chairs only.)
Included Audio Visual: Podium / In‐room Sound System / TV / 1 Handheld Microphone. `
